Biography
Min Jung is a Senior Associate at the LAW FIRM OF DAYREL SEWELL, PLLC. Since joining the firm in October 2019, Min Jung has showcased exceptional legal acumen and a steadfast commitment to client advocacy.
For several years, Min Jung has been involved with representing clients in various areas of civil litigation including partition by sale, breach of contract, tort, foreclosure, and debt collection cases in Kings Supreme Court, NYC Civil Court, and the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division Second Department. Moreover, Min Jung has experience with real estate transactions ensuring meticulous review and drafting of contracts of sale, closing documents, deeds, ACRIS real property tax documents, and mortgage documents, tailored to suit the unique needs of both individual and corporate clientele. She has effectively negotiated consumer debt settlements and expertly crafted settlement agreements in property disputes and breach of contract matters, further solidifying her reputation as a trusted legal advisor.
Prior to joining the LAW FIRM OF DAYREL SEWELL, PLLC, Min Jung interned at Hogar Immigrant Services, the Department of Homeland Security US Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the American Bar Association Commission on Immigration, and worked as a Deans Fellow and student attorney at the American University Washington College of Law Immigrant Justice Clinic and Women and the Law Clinic.
